Community Yoga focuses on slow, mindful movement, gentle stretching, and deep rest. This nurturing practice offers a supportive space to build connection, improve mobility, and cultivate mindfulness, making it suitable for all experience levels.

YIN AND YOGA NIDRA

Experience 10 sessions of deep relaxation with this slow-paced practice, stretching and rejuvenating your body’s connective tissues. In the meditative practice of yoga Nidra, you’ll journey inward, disconnecting from external distractions to release tension, restore balance and tap into your deepest subconscious state for profound relaxation and renewal.
