Child & Family Expo (and Law Week)
On Monday the 19th of May we had the privilege of being a part of this year’s Child and Family Expo in collaboration with West Heidelberg Community Legal and local community project We Love Stories.
Together, we were able to bring a very special and important community event to families and community members alike, exploring the complexities of the law and the varied ways it comes to affect us and or our loved ones. With fun, interactive activities for children and valuable information about available services and programs, we hope this event helps people understand and navigate these topics more easily.
Our upcoming Legal Literacy for Women course tackles many of these same issues and ideas, aiming to give practical insights into everyday legal issues and to support women in building confidence and knowledge around their rights and options.
