Olympic Neighbourhood House is a child safe organisation.

We are committed to providing a safe environment where children and young people feel safe and empowered.

Olympic Neighbourhood House:

  • Has zero tolerance for child abuse

  • Actively works to listen to and empower children

  • Aas systems to protect children from abuse, and will take all allegations and concerns very seriously and responds to them consistently in line with the organisation’s policies and procedures and current legislation

  • Is committed to promoting cultural safety for Aboriginal children, cultural safety for children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and to providing a safe environment for children with a disability

  • Ensures appropriate people are engaged and are provided with ongoing professional development opportunities
