Introduction to Hospitality
This short course will provide an introduction to the hospitality industry. Through practical hands-on activities, learners will develop the skills and knowledge to undertake an entry level position. The course will cover food handling, hygiene, customer service, communication skills, and espresso coffee making.
Pathways include further study at TAFE or employment in a cafe or restaurant.
When: Wednesdays, 10.00am - 1.00pm (20 weeks)
