Transition 3081

Transition 3081 is a volunteer group of local residents living in or near postcode 3081 who aim to support and inspire the community to live more sustainably. They hold events, run workshops and collaborate with other community organisations to achieve their goals.

One event they hold is a Veggie Swap on the first Saturday of the month, 10-11am outside the leisure Centre in Alamein Rd West Heidelberg.
