Tapping, Meditation, Health & Wellbeing Group
Emotional Freedom techniques (EFT tapping), is a self healing technique that can be used to balance and release emotion. Supporting a wide range of concerns, such as stress, anxiety and chronic pain. This group ends with a heart centred nature based meditation. It is also an opportunity for community members to share with each other a variety of health and wellbeing techniques.

Learn tapping techniques
Engage in a calming meditation
Share a range of effective techniques & activities to promote health & wellbeing
